Moonrise Kingdom Engagement Inspo

Engagement inspo at Dead Man’s Cove, along the coast in Washington. I thought this was the Moonrise Kingdom filming location but the movie was actually filmed in Rhode Island for that scene. Either way it still gives the same vibe so I’m not mad about it. So it’s actually Moonrise Kingdom but PNW. I also feel that I manifested this shoot (lol) because I came here during the very start of my wedding photography journey, wishing I could photograph a couple in this very spot. Crazy how things end up being full circle like that sometimes. Moonrise Kingdom is also my favorite Wes Anderson film and I know that a lot of couple’s who book with me LOVE Wes Anderson. Also just obsessed with these photos because of Maddie & Ethan’s improv.
